Enterprise Control Systems Ltd Welcome New General Manager Aaron McAuliffe

Enterprise Control Systems Ltd (ECS) is proud to announce and welcome Aaron McAuliffe as the company’s new General Manager, responsible for the leadership of the business and P&L delivery.

Aaron started his career in the Royal Navy as an Aircraft Engineer for the Fleet Air Arm where he completed an ONC & HNC in Mechanical Engineering, after which he left to take up full time study, gaining a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Since graduating Aaron has held a number of key management positions across various aerospace companies including Meggitt, GE and QinetiQ, covering a variety of military & civil aircraft platforms. These positions have spanned from Design Engineer, Technical & Project Management and Production Management before specialising in Programme Management as Programme Director & Head of Projects at QinetiQ.  Since 2009 Aaron held the position of Director of Programmes and more recently Operations Director at Ultra-Communication and Integrated Systems.  During his time in industry he has also achieved an MBA and is a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Association of Project Managers.
