The new N623 VCXO (voltage controlled crystal oscillator), available at 100MHz, features a 9mm x 14mm SMD package, sinewave output and supply voltage of +5.0VDC. Max Phase Noise Floor -173dBc/Hz. The T1254 TCXO has been designed for low orbit satellite applications and offers reliable performance to 30Krad radiation exposure. Available from 10 to 100MHz, features an extremely rugged, 20.3mm x 12.7mm DIP package, CMOS output and supply voltage of +5.0VDC.
