THE KESTREL LANDS DOWN UNDER

The team at OPEC CBRNe are delighted that our Kestrel CBRN garments have commenced their rollout across Australian Defence and are now forming part of CBRN training for the Australian Army, Navy and Air Force.

The Kestrel was selected by the Australian military for its winning combination of comprehensive CBRN protection supplied within a lightweight, breathable garment, allowing maximum performance during a threat situation.

The two-piece Kestrel achieves its balance of high comfort and 24-hour protection by combining an air permeable outer shell with a high carbon density cloth inner layer. 

As the flagship garment within our family of suits, the Kestrel exceeds NATO standards while meeting its design brief for coolness and ease of movement, particularly in high heat environments.
