Lenny Genna Named President of L-3 Link Simulation & Training

ARLINGTON, Texas, November 17, 2010 – L-3 Link Simulation & Training (L-3 Link) announced today the appointment of Lenny Genna as its president. Mr. Genna will report directly to Jim Dunn, president of L-3’s Sensors & Simulation Group.

“Lenny has a solid background of engineering and technical expertise and leadership experience, having managed several essential organizations within L-3 Link, including our U.S. Army, unmanned aerial systems and ground programs,” said Jim Dunn. “He is an excellent choice to lead Link, continuing our history of outstanding program performance and innovation and moving our business into new areas.”

Lenny Genna began his career with L-3 Link in 1986 in Binghamton, N.Y. In addition to serving as the division’s vice president of rotary-wing, unmanned aerial and ground training systems, he served as its director of engineering. During his first 20 years with the company, he held a series of increasingly responsible management positions within the organization’s engineering and program management business areas.

L-3 Link Simulation & Training is a systems integration organization that delivers and supports training systems and equipment to enhance operational proficiency.
