Military Company Opens Tripoli Office

British security equipment manufacturers, BCB International Ltd, have announced that they will be opening a sales office in Tripoli in the New Year.

The 159 year old Cardiff-based company has Government agencies and security organisations among its customers and as BCB boss, Andrew Howell, explained, the opening of an office in Tripoli is an important step in expanding the business in the region.

“We were among the first to go to Libya after the fall of Gaddafi to help support the new regime and deliver bespoke solutions to some of the equipment challenges faced by the Libyan Authorities. Discussions are currently ongoing about how our anti-piracy launchers and tiny surveillance drones can help the Libyan Security teams secure the country’s borders and key infrastructure.

“The opening of our office in Tripoli shows to the Libyans that we are absolutely committed to being a durable partner in helping them build and secure a better future for the country.  The office will enable us to enhance our customer service to the Libyan Authorities because they will be able to see for themselves and discuss the merits of our innovative products with our local representatives in the heart of the capital.”

BCB’s Tripoli Office will be managed by Taha Kuymizakis  a native from Benghazi.
