One Company Initiative Announced by The Will-Burt Company
Multiple divisions, teams, and locations will be united under One Vision and One Brand - Will-Burt
The Will-Burt Company is pleased to introduce our One Company initiative, a program designed to ensure that we operate as One Team, guided by One Vision, representing One Brand - Will-Burt. This initiative formalizes our way of thinking and our passion to serve our customers. It was created to make it easier for our clients to engage with Will-Burt, no matter where they are or whomever they communicate with in our global organization.
Over the past 100 years, The Will-Burt Company has grown from a small, family-owned business located in Orrville, Ohio, USA into the leading internationally recognized brand of mobile elevation solutions. Our employee-owned company has expanded organically and through several acquisitions over the past 20 years and now has locations in the USA, Germany, United Kingdom, Asia, and Turkey.
Richard Lewin, CEO and President of Will-Burt comments, "Multiple companies and locations with different backgrounds and histories have successfully come together to make Will-Burt the success it is today. In 2021 the One Company initiative will deploy common business practices, systems, and superior customer experience in support of our global operations. Our clients will be able to access Will-Burt’s market leading products and services from all locations executing our vision of one team under one brand – Will-Burt."
The Will-Burt logo will be prominently displayed on all business and marketing materials globally. All locations have been renamed Will-Burt followed by their geographic location. For instance, GEROH, located in Germany, has been renamed Will-Burt Germany Gmbh & Co. KG. Company web sites will be consolidated under www.willburt.com and the GEROH social media platforms will be renamed Will-Burt Germany.
