Rugged Panel Indicator Lamps

Oxley rugged panel indicator lamps with ingress protection up to IP68 have successfully met the toughest applications for more than 40 years. The unique ‘modular’ design allows a wide range of colours and options to be incorporated into the lamp, including EMI shielding, night vision compatibility and sunlight viewing capability.

They deliver high reliability with MTBF in excess of 90,000 hours and complete ‘fit for function’ practicality, providing a cost efficient solution that combines optical performance with a wide range of termination and voltage options.

DESC Approved Lamps

Oxley produces a range of lamps which have been qualified against DESC (Defense Electronics Supply Center) controlled drawings 85122 and 87019.

These lamps have the following features:

• 8mm mounting
• Qualified against DESC drawing 85122 / 87019
• IP68 sealed
• Glass and metal construction
• Full colour range
• Operating and storage temp -55°C to 100°C
• Mean Time Before Failure of 90,000 hours
• 100% screened against Table I and II of DESC drawing 85122 / 87019, including: burn-in, seal, temperature cycling and luminous intensity
