Parvus Receives $1 Million Order for Rugged IP Routers in Support of Missile Defense Program
Eurotech subsidiary Parvus announces it has received a $1 Million (USD) order for DuraMAR mobile routers in support of a US Department of Defense (DoD) missile defense program.

These rugged Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) networking subsystems are being integrated by a DoD prime contractor into a mobile air defense platform being upgraded with IP network connectivity. Due to non-disclosure agreements, no further details about the customer can be provided. Deliveries will take place this year.
This order builds on a history of Parvus supplying rugged network routers / switches to major missile defense programs. Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) technology refresh and insertion programs routinely specify Parvus’ DuraMAR networking appliances for situational awareness and network centric operations due to their robust MIL-STD qualified designs, and the Information Assurance (IA) certifications and software capabilities of the Cisco IOS® software. They are designed for use in airborne, ground, manned or unmanned vehicle applications with compliance to extreme environmental conditions.
