Our versatile team of technical, engineering and project management specialists employ their expertise across all areas of the Defence enterprise. With over 200 staff operating from our secure facilities, in Gloucestershire and Barrow-in Furness, and across the country at our clients’ sites, including UK MOD offices, Allan Webb can offer a flexible approach to working that best suits the needs of our customers’. Our team, many of whom were previously employed as end users of equipments and capabilities, understands the needs and constraints that come with Defence procurement and, as such, are well suited to accommodating these when completing projects.
Members of the AWL team have taught Integrated Logistics Support across UK MOD, Prime Contractors and international clients across Rail and Aerospace industries. This level of knowledge has led to involvement in developing standards utilised in Defence for Supportability Engineering, Technical Documentation and Obsolescence Management. It is these standards that underpin the work that we do in ultimately supporting our Armed Forces.
We pride ourselves in supporting our Armed Forces, employing many ex-service men and women and family members of current military personnel. We draw upon their practical experiences of utilising equipments and following processes as end-users to ensure our support work takes into account any practical hurdles that may be faced in the field.
