Leafield Cases, a division of Leafield Environmental is a UK designer manufacturer and supplier of tough, protective, plastic waterproof cases for use in the most extreme environments. Formerly a part of the Linpac Group, established in 1959, and a stand-alone independent company since 2010, Leafield Environmental is based in the UK some 150 km west of London. The Company has many years’ experience in the production of durable custom plastic cases, from small carrying cases to large ruggedised shipping cases.

There is no substitute for experience and Leafield Cases has some of the most experienced people in the industry, all determined to ensure that each individual case project is carried out on-time, in budget and to the complete satisfaction of the customer. All Aegis Cases are designed and manufactured under one roof by skilled engineers, we are a leader in Rotational Moulding technology, bringing levels of precision and detail to cases, which are comparable with injection moulding. Unlike injection moulding, the rotational moulding process allows cases and lids to be produced with twin walls for superior strength and rigidity. Our advanced modular tooling approach enables many unique features to be readily moulded-in and integral fittings and fixtures to be incorporated in the design. It also enables custom bespoke size variations to be quickly designed and tooled to meet specific requirements in short time frames.
Anything other than a custom case, designed and manufactured to meet your specific size and protection requirements, is likely to be a compromise. Aegis Cases are designed, developed and manufactured in-house without compromise to exceed the performance needs in the most arduous conditions.
All Aegis Cases are designed and engineered to meet the stringent standards from vibration attenuation to shock and impact protection, waterproofing to dust exclusion and come with stainless steel black coated rust proof latches and strike plates, pilfer proof lockable latch mechanism, IP67, STANAG 4340, DEF-STAN 81-41 LEVEL J, DEF-STAN 00-35 and ATA 300.
Leafield has experience in supplying specialist custom moulded cases and internal fitments for the UAV, ROV and projectiles markets, among others, as well as general ruggedized cases for a wide variety of military uses.
