With the use of CNC camless autocoiling machines, with high speed servo drives, we are more than able to cope with your increased demands. Using some of the fastest and most accuratemachines in the world you will benefit from the latest technology, the fast set up times on these enable us to produce your samples and volume production on the same machine.
Pressings and Flat Springs
We have an envious diversity in the range of products we can supply from flat materials.
From spring and mild steel pressings to nimonic, titanium and beryllium copper components we have a very wide range.
Our power press capacity is up to 100 tonnes and all use air feeds to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Tooling is produced in house using the latest CNC Wire Erosion machines and '3D' Tooling can also be produced using our CNC Machining Centre, which is fitted with a high speed attachment to enable us to do 'micro machining' using cutters down to 0.5mm diameter, ideal for tooling on electrical contacts.
We specialise in scroll and constant force springs.
Whether it is a small batch of prototypes or a large batch, we offer good lead times and expert advice on design, materials and finishes. We stock a wide range of material and can also accept your free issue material for your project.

Morris Springs offers a wide range of generic stock parts: ‘R’ clips, button clips, keyrings, tool clips and stock springs. Part of its success has been its ability to offer customers a bespoke production range of products in unusual and exotic materials.
Our latest production equipment includes Wafios FSE23 and FSE33, Bridgeport VMC600, Sodick AQ325L, CNC Multi-Slide and CNC Wire Erosion, amongst many others.
We also specialises in prototypes, development projects and short-run production to get customers’ projects moving.
