Since TACS-M mounts on currently-existing NVDs with a bracket, the clip-on technology allows increased capabilities without the need to refit helmets for special equipment.

Compact Day and Night – Observation and Location Unit – MOSKITO

The MOSKITO Observation and Location Unit includes all the essential day/night viewing, measuring and geo-location functions in a most compact and user-friendly package.

MOSKITO measures range, azimuth and vertical angle. In addition, it incorporates the latest image intensifier technology for night time viewing, including self-regulation to different levels of brightness.

We assure continued availability to our military customers through our Obsolescence Management, this includes not only FFF replacements, we also introduce the possibility of providing our customers with advance notice of critical component EOL this allows for advance procurement of the current SSD by the customer or alternatively the ability to work with TCS in partnership to advance purchase critical components and controllers, in some cases also NAND Flash. Of course we also work with customers to preserve FFF SSD in terms of a cloned SSD utilizing the latest controller and NAND flash technologies and providing a FFF replacement.

Geolocation, Exploitation and Denial of Tactical Communications

The RESOLVE EW Manpack is a 100% UK state-of-the-art field proven Electronic Surveillance and Attack system. It benefits from having both the software and hardware developed in conjunction with Roke’s operational experts.

RESOLVE is designed for the intercept, geolocation, exploitation and denial of tactical communications in the HF to UHF frequency bands, including ‘modern waveforms’. A single RESOLVE EW Manpack can be used in isolation to provide both full spectrum surveillance and Direction Finding (DF) capabilities. When networked with other RESOLVE systems it is then possible to position fix targets using Angle of Arrival (AOA) techniques.

Military Networking and Data Fusion

With fully integrated wireless network connectivity, the RESOLVE EW Manpack enables target data-fusion across the deployed baseline. This provides rapid target resolution, correlation and geolocation, through the use of the dedicated Management Information System (MIS) and Geospatial Information System.

Electronic Geolocation Position Fix Overwatch

Static configuration Understanding an adversary’s intent coupled with accurate geolocation information can only be achieved by network enabled sensors providing position fix solutions. In the Static configuration the RESOLVE EW Manpack is used to provide networked EW capability at forward operating positions.

Networking with other deployed RESOLVE systems provides enhanced EW capability such as automatic geolocation of signals of interest. In this configuration the full-suite of software applications can be utilised from the ruggedised laptop enabling rapid interpretation of hostile activity that provides threat warning, targeting and terminal guidance.

The Static configuration can be deployed such that the operator is co-located with the sensor element or remotely up to 50 metres from the antenna for covert operations.

Immediate Threat Warning for the Dismounted Soldier

On-the-march EW Manpack Configuration

The on-the-march configuration provides the dismounted operator with an unrivalled threat warning and direction fi nding capability. RESOLVE EW Manpack in this confi guration is unique in that it operates while on the march, stationary or prone. Key to this is the QuadTac antenna which can be operated with the array elements extended for maximum sensitivity, or closed to reduce the visual signature. A ruggedised PDA allows the operator to view the DF plot, waterfall or spectral displays and input additional target information while maintaining tactical awareness.

The antenna and other components are all contained in a lightweight purpose made backpack to allow ease of carriage and operation. It has been designed to afford the operator immediate access, at a short halt, to the ruggedised laptop for full system functionality.

Single Sensor Geolocation

On-the-move configuration

The on-the-move configuration uses the same RESOLVE EW Manpack to provide a threat warning and running fix capability on vehicles of opportunity. Utilising the RESOLVE Universal Adaptor the QuadTac antenna element can be quickly mounted onto any vehicle. Operators then have the choice of using the PDA or ruggedised laptop which gives access to the full suite of EW functions.

Converting Collection to Intelligence

The Graphical User Interface (GUI) provides operators with intercept data in real-time. The RESOLVE EW Manpack is controlled using the ruggedised laptop running a suite of intuitive, integrated applications which enables the operator to execute complex tasks. Non Kinetic Strike - Electronic Attack Manpack Sub-system

The Electronic Attack manpack sub-system provides a software integrated, hostile communications denial capability. Using powerful software applications the operator is able to balance exploitation and denial ensuring that disruption to hostile C2 is optimised. This optional capability is based around SELEX commercial off the shelf EA equipment and is controlled from the ruggedized laptop using a dedicated EA application.

Electronic Warfare Manpack System Overview

Core to the RESOLVE EW Manpack system is the QuadTac antenna and the Acquisition & Geolocation Sensor (AGS). These elements combine to intercept, demodulate, and DF signals of interest. Performance is enhanced with the addition of the MicroQuad antenna which seamlessly integrates with the QuadTac. Mission and information management are delivered using the ruggedised laptop and/or the PDA. All this is integrated with power supply into a bespoke backpack.

VIP Protection Jammers

The Black Shadow VIP Protection Jamming system can be fitted to most vehicles for a mobile convoy protection or placed in an area of Threat or in a building.

Each Jamming Module within Black Shadow radiates multiple programmable jamming carriers that can instantaneously jam selected frequency bands.

Portable Briefcase or Backpack Jammers

These specialist jammers incorporate the latest jamming technology in a compact integrated system is able to be equipped with a wide range of frequency jamming modules. In a compact system they contain Jammer modules, antennas, battery, power supply and optional remote control.
Both these are ideally deployed to protect VIP’s, Military/Security staff or EOD teams from RCIEDs.

There are currently over 300 Black Shadow Jammers sold into Military, NATO and Civil Defence organisation over the world.

GSM Detect, Block and Counter Measures

In today’s society having tools to detector, jam and monitor mobile phone communications are essential in the prevention of terrorism. Digital RF have developed a range of products to equip security personnel with the latest technology in Mobile phone counter measures.

Cell-Block

Preventing the use of mobile phones and communications devices in Prisons and Secure Facilities is an important part of security and crime prevention.

Digital RFs jamming technology has been deployed to detect, jam and monitor mobile phone activity in these institutions under the name Cell-block.

Utilising the Blackshadow technology a comprehensive system of jamming, frequency monitoring, ethernet control, detector activity logging and GSM network status is provided to the user.

Network Guard

Digital RFʼs Cell-Monitor provides rapid notification of any rogue BTS attempting to covertly listen to mobile phones. Cell-Monitor is the essential tool to independently monitor the BTS activity around sensitive buildings / offices. By continuously scanning all available networks rogue BTS activity can be seen instantly and the position of the rogue BTS source located on a map.

Taking both RF and Digital technology to the next level Digital RF have developed an IMSI / IMEI grabber to locate and identify target phones and enable access.

Cell-Seeker
Network Mapping System

Cell-seeker is the essential tool to independently monitor or map multiple mobile networks.

By continuously scanning all available networks and recording the GPS position an RF ‘finger print’ of the environment is recorded.

Chameleon

Chameleon is a digital phone system which allows designated users to use their own mobile phone to call each other and make & receive external calls while preventing all other people in the coverage area of the jammer.

Hornet – Explosives Trace Detector

The Digital RF Hornet provides the next generation technology for counter terrorism.

Using established Laser Scanning techniques the Hornet can detect explosive traces or drugs over long distances. Able to detect explosives traces on  vehicles, packages and Suicide Bombers, the Hornet is an essential tool for modern Security operations including: Boarder Control, Check Points and Peace Keeping Forces.

The Digital RF Hornet can be provided vehicle mounted or on a portable tripod.

MDS – Magnetic Detection System

MDS is a comprehensive automatic detection system for entrance security control.
Comprising of a speed ramp and barrier fitted at the entrance of a building or car park it will detect any magnetic material, such as a magnetic bomb / RCIED or Tracking device attached to the vehicle chassis.
 
While the vehicle travels over the system the vehicle is automatically scanned and the barrier entrance synchronized to allow or deny entry.

The company is also active in promoting the use of fixed and mobile COFDM digital radio transmission systems for transmission of video from inside to outside a building or from a street threat to a mobile control centre.

Advanced Plastazote Military Packaging Foams

Plastazote Foams are used extensively for defence contracts as they are capable of withstanding repeated use in testing military environments. They have a uniform closed-cell structure and excellent stability which means they are highly suitable for cushion packaging and protection as well as long term storage. They do not cause staining or corrosion unlike other foams. These foams meet DEF-STAN specifications in many areas including General Purpose and Explosives Compatible – DEF-Stan 81-116/3 type GP and Type QX respectively.

DEF-Stan 93-101/3 details the MOD’s requirements for foams manufactured from high-density polyethylene. These more rigid materials are used extensively for military helmet liners. Polyformes supplies a Plastazote HD grade to meet this requirement and manufacture liners themselves.

Rugged Waterproof, Shockproof and Dustproof Cases

Virtually indestructible, these NATO Stock Numbered olive drab and desert sand coloured cases are used globally, housing sniper rifles, IED detection systems, thermal imagers, satellite and surveillance equipment and communications. Ultimate protection with Explorer Cases.

Tool Control Foam Shadowboards

Tool control is a measure of ensuring safety, efficiency, improved productivity and savings within the factory or workplace environment, especially in the aerospace and automotive fields.
