The BizzardStore is our largest and most flexible refrigerated storage solution. This energy efficient cold store joins multiple 20ft or 40ft specially made modular reefers together to create one giant, energy efficient storage space.

These specialised containers join together to form a 20ft TEU (Twenty Foot Equivalent Unit) which are CSC plated, allowing them to be transported by standard Intermodal means and separated at their final destination, enabling them to be easily moved around the field of operation. Bicons are divided into two units, Tricons into three, and Quadcons into four.

Additional features such as shelving, and cabinets are available to utilise maximum storage space and ease of access to cargo.

The Secure Storage Container is a specialised product with several additional security features to keep contents safe, including internal and external doors as well as a visual and audible alarm. Available in 10 and 20ft.

CMCA offers both split systems and packaged systems for full modularity for ease of maintenance, repair and replacement under a full CLS package.

INTERGRATED ISO SHELTERS

With decades of experience supplying and supporting ISO shelter integration CMCA have used the experience and lessons learnt to become a ‘one stop shop’ full shelter integrator. By offering a COTS 20 foot ISO platform with a modular approach to environmental control and power generation CMCA can offer a fully integrated shelter system tailored to customer requirements without the time and financial commitments to design a bespoke system from the group up.

Though CMCA offer full bespoke design and manufacture capabilities, understanding the market trend towards COTS equipment is the foundation for a modular COTS integrated shelter system. CMCA shelters systems can be deployed via road, rail, sea and air or a permanently vehicle mounted platform.

MILITARY ELECTRONICS SYSTEMS

CMCA design and manufacture electronics, electrical cabinets and wiring harnesses to the highest RFI/EMC requirements and to withstand the demands of the harshest battlefield conditions. With a fully modular approach CMCA electronic systems play a key role in the ‘line replaceable unit’ approach to aid front line equipment support and repair.

CMCA also offer remote RFI/EMC investigation and analysis to be able to fine tune an electrical/electronic system prior to committing to the financial commitment to a full RFI/EMC test chamber.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

CMCA invests in the future through research and development into the latest environmental control refrigerant to ensure the highest possible performance whilst contributing to the reduction of refrigerants and environmental impacts. Further research and development into diesel consumption, emissions and logistics to offer a scalable line of hybrid generators which reduce noise, emissions, diesel consumption and the logistical burden posed to supplying vehicles and equipment with fuel.

By utilizing the latest 3D CAD, FEA and CFD software packages CMCA are able to fine tune a system design to ensure the highest performance, reliability and efficiency.
