Fischer Panda UK

Fischer Panda UK: A Journey of Progress Since 1994

It all started in a small facility in Verwood, Dorset, where Fischer Panda UK first began supplying mobile power solutions to customers looking for reliable, robust equipment. Founded in 1994, the company quickly grew beyond a simple generator supplier to become a leader in comprehensive, integrated solutions that are trusted across Europe. Today, Fischer Panda UK is not just a fixture in the UK—it has expanded with facilities and staff in key European locations, ensuring fast, reliable service for customers throughout the continent. Listening to customers’ needs and adapting to deliver the best solutions remain core values.

Barry, one of the founding members, recalls: “We didn’t just want to sell products; we wanted to solve problems. For us, it was always about making life easier for our clients, whether they’re on the front lines of defence or deep in the wilderness. That drive has taken us a long way, and we’re grateful to have built strong relationships across Europe.”

Pioneering Power Solutions for Defence and Industry

When it comes to Defence, Fischer Panda UK stands out. Their military-grade generators—designed for extreme environments, from the icy grip of -45°C to the sweltering heat of 55°C, and high altitudes up to 3,000 metres—are trusted by NATO, European, and US armed forces. Designed with the latest water-cooling technology, these generators operate quietly with minimal exhaust heat, a critical advantage for military operations that demand stealth and durability. Fischer Panda’s unique “tunnel” system integrates power, cooling, and heating within a compact design, transforming military shelters and command posts across remote locations into efficient and reliable hubs of power.

Marine and Vehicle Expertise

In the Marine sector, Fischer Panda UK is a name recognised for reliability and innovation. For decades, their compact, quiet marine generators have been a top choice for boatbuilders and operators alike, whether for leisure or commercial vessels. With a focus on reducing environmental impact, the company has developed electric propulsion systems that offer a clean, quiet alternative to fuel engines—answering the demand for sustainability in the marine market.

The company’s expertise extends to specialist vehicles, where Fischer Panda UK’s advanced power systems are designed to perform in even the harshest conditions. From innovative air conditioning solutions to desalination units and hybrid power systems, Fischer Panda UK ensures that its clients have the reliable, adaptable solutions they need. This commitment to high-performance technology makes Fischer Panda a valued partner across sectors where reliable power is essential.

A Vision for Sustainability and Hybrid Systems

As more businesses seek environmentally friendly solutions, Fischer Panda UK is at the forefront of developing sustainable, hybrid power systems. These systems blend battery storage with renewable energy sources to reduce environmental impact without sacrificing performance. Representing leading brands such as Clayton Power and EFOY fuel cells, Fischer Panda UK provides power options that utilise methanol or hydrogen for a cleaner, greener approach.

“We’re seeing a major shift towards hybrid systems,” Barry notes. “Our clients want to cut down on fuel consumption, reduce emissions, and increase efficiency, and we’re here to make that happen.”

The company also pioneers’ solutions in water and fuel purification, essential for military and humanitarian efforts. With innovations like the H2O Pro system, which generates 114 litres of clean drinking water per hour from virtually any source, Fischer Panda’s technology is invaluable for disaster relief and remote missions.

A Family Business with Global Reach

While Fischer Panda UK has expanded into Europe, becoming a global name in mobile power, it’s never lost the personal touch that started it all. “At the end of the day, we’re still a family business,” says Barry. “We’re proud to have grown our reach, but we’ve never lost that personal approach. We’re here to listen, to adapt, and to make sure our customers get what they need—whether they’re right here in Verwood or anywhere across Europe.”

The team at Fischer Panda UK is ready to help power the future of mobile solutions. As industries evolve and the demand for sustainable, high-performance power solutions grows, Fischer Panda UK will continue to lead the way, offering innovation, reliability, and a service that’s personal, professional, and always ready to adapt.

Defense Products and Services Group USA, Inc. / DPSG USA, INC.

We at DPSG USA, Inc. create superlative vehicle towing, recovery, and terrain management solutions. Our Wunderbar™ Articulating Tow Bars (ATBs) and safety recovery straps make life simpler, easier, and safer when it comes to vehicle towing, and that means saving money, as well as the most important asset of all- the lives of our warfighters.

What makes the Wunderbar™ Articulating Tow Bar so Exceptional?

1. It weighs only 25 pounds (11 kg.), yet the WunderbarTM 20K Articulating Tow Bar can tow a 20,000 pound (9,072 kg.) vehicle. HMMWVs weigh slightly less and in less than 5 minutes can be set up to tow. That is exceptional. Conventional tow bars take between 20-to-45 minutes to set up for towing, according to JPO statistics.

3. In testing, the Wunderbar™ was driven over every kind of terrain to prove its battle-worthiness. They have been tested and fielded all over the world, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, Australia, Denmark, United Kingdom, Spain and North America.

4.  All Wunderbar™ ATBs have a minimum of 2:1 safety factor at the Working Load Limit (WLL) rating specified.

5. Wunderbar™ ATBs weigh less than any other tow bars with similar towing capacities. DPSG USA, Inc.’s Wunderbar™ ATB for HMMWVs is approximately 10 times lighter than the ‘other’ Army-approved tow bar for HMMWVs.

6. Wunderbar™ ATBs allow you to hook up to vehicles without ever having to enter the ‘crush zone’. This is typically the most difficult and dangerous part of any tow bar setup for towing.

7. Wunderbar™ ATBs hook up - in park - in under a minute on any terrain because the hook-up zone is 4 feet (1.2 m) in diameter.

8. Wunderbar™ ATBs are available in different sizes to accommodate any vehicle, from the 20 lb. (9 kg.) Ultra Light 7K ATB to the 325 lb. (147 kg.) 180K Tank ATB.

9. Wunderbar™ ATBs are one-person deployable. That means that the driver of the tow / recovery vehicle can get out of the vehicle and attach the ATB in the crush zone safely while both vehicles are in park.

10.  Wunderbar™ Articulating Tow Bars (ATBs) and Safety Recovery Straps are made by Defense Products and Services Group USA, Inc.

We at Defense Products and Services Group USA, Inc. (DPSG USA, Inc.) know the risks you take, whether in training, on the battlefield, or on the road. Any vehicle can get stuck or disabled. Preparing for that eventuality is a must, so we’ve raised the bar on the tow bar.

The Wunderbar™ is a stalwart and uncompromising insurance policy. Wunderbar™ ATBs hook up easily on or off-road and perform impressively on any terrain. And what’s more, you hook up both vehicles in park. No other manufacturer can make that claim.

Would you jump from an airplane without the best parachute?

Or climb a mountain without the best rope?

So why would you go out in a vehicle without the Wunderbar™ Articulating Tow Bar?

Wunderbar™ tow bars get you going safely in seconds- not minutes or hours- saving time, equipment, and lives.

Our mission is to advance ground vehicle readiness and provide dominant, superlative mobility to the U.S. military and our allies.

Based in Hartwood, Virginia, DPSG USA, Inc. creates superlative vehicle towing, recovery, and terrain management solutions. At DPSG USA, Inc., recovery is now safe and quick. Just look at our Wunderbar™ articulating tow bars (ATBs).

Wunderbar™ ATBs are the most innovative design in towing in the past 100 years. The Wunderbar™ is a leap in tow bar technology, bringing like-vehicle recovery to a new plateau of safety and speed that will be an insurance policy for any vehicle, especially tactical vehicles. Our line of synthetic safety recovery straps and synthetic safety chains complements our tow bars.

DPSG USA, Inc. Wunderbar™ ATBs and safety recovery straps make life simpler, easier, and safer when it comes to vehicle towing, and that means saving money, as well as the most important asset of all- the lives of our warfighters.

Wunderbar™ ATBs are approved by the U.S. Army, U.S. Marines Corps, U.S. National Guard, U.S. Special Forces and our allies.

Remember, it’s not just a tow bar. It’s a Wunderbar™.

Tyron Runflat Limited

Tyron has developed a range of solutions to keep wheeled vehicles moving safely in the event of a sudden tyre deflation.

Created following extensive consultation with both end users and tyre manufacturers, Tyron's solutions have been extensively tested and proven in the harshest conditions.

The company's two product families are the Tyron All Terrain Rubber Runflat or ATR and the Tyron Multiband. In both cases these have been designed to allow for the changing of tyres without the need for specialist equipment.

Multipart All-Terrain
Rubber Runflat (ATR)

Tyron has developed and patented a multipart rubber runflat, suitable for fitting to a wide range of military and security force off road vehicles.

Made out of rubber, the Tyron ATR absorbs the shocks from bumps more effectively than a hard composite solution and reduces the damage to both the wheel and the tyre, so that both have the potential of being re-used when repairs have been carried out.

Using rubber also gives the passengers inside the vehicle a more comfortable ride in the case of a tyre burst, which enables them to be in better shape to carry out their task.

The patented multi part design allows the fitter to change a tyre at the side of the road without special tools.

Tyron's rubber runflats are designed with beadlock, which prevents the wheel slipping inside the tyre, this allows the vehicle to continue on its mission and get back to base. This is not possible using other materials.

Complete Wheel Assembly for All Terrain Environments

Working together with Global Wheels of South Africa, Tyron is able to provide a complete wheel and tyre solution fit for the most demanding environments.

These combine the strength of the bolt together with steel or aluminium wheels, along with the multipiece Tyron ATR to provide a very high level of road performance, which is not possible with a composite solution.

Distance and Speed Testing and Ballistic Protection

Tyron's ATR solution has been extensively tested in accordance with the internationally recognised Finabell standards for distance and speed. During all the tests the Tyron ATR far exceed the requirements.

The ATR has been ballistically tested. Five shots were fired into the side of the runflat and two into the tread area from 50m with an AK47 using 7.62mm bullets and an M16 using 5.56mm rounds.

Special effort was made to hit the fixings with one round making a direct hit on the fixing head, which ricocheted off and another hitting the washer and was absorbed.

The other three simply passed through the rubber system. The two shots into the tread area around the fixings were absorbed and none of the shooting had any effect on the performance of the runflat system.

The same test was also carried out at only 25m with the same results. In total, 35 rounds were fired at the runflat with no structural integrity damage.

Multiband for Defence and Security

Developed by Avon Tyres in the 1970s for the Royal Ulster Constabulary, the Tyron Multiband is designed to keep the tyre firmly in place on the wheel, allowing the vehicle to be driven to a safe place to change the tyre.

The Tyron Multiband is in use on a wide range of vehicles including police and fire vehicles, ambulances, and cash-in-transit vehicles.

In all cases where Tyron Multibands are fitted, it is to ensure that the tyre stays in place in the event of a 'blow out' and ensures the driver can manoeuvre the vehicle to safety.

Will-Burt Germany

Will-Burt Germany provides high-quality mobile mast systems and trailer solutions for military and security / rescue forces. They are used around the world: the armed forces of Germany, its NATO allies and other likeminded nations. Will-Burt Germany has progressively turned into a global player with subsidiaries and partners on every continent.

Customized Trailer Systems for Extreme Requirements

The object of Will-Burt Germany is the development, project planning, construction and system integration of our customized trailer systems. We carry out and follow your plan from A to Z. Special trailers for special tasks are our specialty. Many of our trailers are manufactured in small series. They are used by the German Army and other international forces. Our trailer systems are especially designed for missions involving extraordinary burdens in extreme and arduous terrain. High payloads in combination with low basic weights, maximum cross-country mobility, long life expectancy and low maintenance requirements are the characteristics of all Will-Burt Germany tactical trailers.

Range of Mobile Mast Systems

Our mast systems are used by international forces around the globe, including the German Army, to provide communications, surveillance, reconnaissance support etc. throughout the battlefield.

Man-portable Masts

The Expedition series (Ranger mast) is the lightest, most durable, rapid deploying, single man-portable field masts in the world. This system is equipped with lightweight payloads and can be deployed quickly by extending 1.2m sections to heights from 2.5m to a maximum of 18.3m. It’s our system for the ‘last mile’.

The AntennaMast AM2 model is a portable, lightweight, rugged, aluminum tripod mast designed for rapid payload deployment. The AM2 can raise multiple devices on an individual mast and is highly flexible and reliable. Users can lift and lower larger payloads in a secure way without disassembling the mast system by using the EZ Raze™ system and its safety brake and cable winching device. The mast tube lift winch supplies mechanical assistance for mast tube lifting for heavier payloads, and the mast tubes and payload can also be elevated by breach loading the tubes through the tripod center collar.

Mechanical Masts:

Telescopic crank masts KVL and KVR (also called cable pulls) are for payloads up to 70kg and heights up to 20m. They are suited for heavy communication systems, monitoring solutions, direction finder, target detection systems, etc. and used by the market leaders. These masts uphold their reputation through their robustness and simple operation. The extension and retraction of this mast type is realized through a retractable rope and a separate return rope. This guarantees a reliable operation independent of the weather conditions.

Spindle-Driven Masts:

The Spindle mast SPM is currently the best available mast system on the market. Grown against the hardest requirements, the SPM is specifically designed for use with large payloads and very high demands of accuracy. The retracting and extension occur through special spindle systems. A special honing procedure of the aluminum tubes and the use of high-precision spindles enables the manufacturing of nearly backlash-free telescopic spindle masts for heights up to 18m and payloads up to 600kg!

Lattice Towers:

The spectrum of lattice towers starts with the ITS Towers. ITS offers an innovative line of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) tower solutions from 11.5m to 32m. Will-Burt Germany lattice towers are customized solutions, mounted on trucks or trailers, for heights up to 45m and payloads up to 1000kg. Our giants!

One Company Initiative

The Will-Burt Company is pleased to introduce the One Company initiative, a program designed to ensure that we operate as One Team, guided by One Vision, representing One Brand – Will-Burt. This initiative formalizes our way of thinking and our passion to serve our customers. It was created to make it easier for our clients to engage with Will-Burt, no matter where they are or whomever they communicate with in our global organization. All locations have been renamed Will-Burt followed by their geographic location. For instance, GEROH, located in Germany, has been renamed Will-Burt Germany Gmbh & Co. KG. TSS International

Thanks to almost 40 years of experience, TSS International specialises in Armour Mobility: keeping special (armoured) vehicles moving and enabling them to get to safety in the hardest of circumstances. Whether you need runflat systems, heavy duty alloy wheels, protected fuel tanks, heavy-vehicle brake systems or vehicle intercoms, TSS aims to provide you with the best products and highest service to meet your mobility requirements.

Mobility is a vehicle’s most important asset, TSS International makes sure your vehicle gets to use that asset as long as possible.

TSS International: Armour Mobility

Rodgard Runflat Systems

A vehicle’s traction and control is greatly determined by its tyres. Normally, when a tyre is punctured, traction and control are rapidly reduced, because the tyre is no longer held in place and will eventually remove itself from the wheel. Rodgard Runflat Systems make sure the tyre remains in place and keeps contact between the vehicle and the road, providing full control over the vehicle, even with more than one flat tyre.

Rodgard Runflat Systems are available in different configurations, with flat tyre mobility ranging from 15 to 80 km at speeds suitable to get to a safe location.

Rodgard Runflat systems are available for standard 1-piece rims ranging in size from 13 to 22.5 inch in diameter.

Rodgard Runflat Systems comply to Finabel Standards.

TSS Heavy Duty Wheels

TSS has developed wheels especially for luxury armoured vehicles. These 1-piece alloy wheels have a TuV certified pay-load of 1800 kgs per wheel and are especially designed to give optimum performance with Rodgard APX Runflat Systems and MOV'IT Security™ Brake Systems. Ballistic testing has shown these wheels do not crack when shot at, making them very suitable for the hardest circumstances. Vehicles served by these wheels are among others: Toyota Landcruiser 200 V8, Mercedes-Benz G-class, Mitsubishi Pajero, Nissan Patrol, Range Rover, Land Rover Defender, GMC Suburban, VW Touareg, Mercedes-Benz S-class, Hyundai Equus and Lexus LS and LX.

Special development: Rodgard APX Runflat Systems. Designed to get the most mobility out of your TSS Heavy Duty Wheels.

MOV’IT Security
Heavy Duty Brakes for
Armoured Vehicles

The added weight of an armoured vehicle’s protection has its effects on the original brakes. To make sure your vehicle can safely stop, more than once, heavy duty brake upgrades are required.

MOV’IT Heavy Duty Security Brakes deliver the most consistent and best performance with:

  • High grade steel calipers
  • Larger and thicker rotors and brake pads for more friction surface and heat dissipation
  • Braided, stainless steel brake lines
  • Better balance for the added weight and higher centre of gravity

MOV’IT Security heavy duty brake systems for armoured vehicles are now exclusively available at TSS International.

TSS ProtecTank - Fuel System Protection

By converting your standard fuel tank into a TSS ProtecTank, you protect yourself and your passengers against leakage, explosion and fire which can be caused by your fuel tank being shot at. A fuel tank being shot at is at its most dangerous when it is half empty, due to the high flammability of the fumes. TSS ProtecTank technology minimises explosions, self-seals ruptures and limits the effect of any external fire.

And last but not least: TSS ProtecTank makes sure your vehicle gets to use its main energy source as long as possible: its fuel.

TSS ProtecTank makes use of the OEM fuel tank, and is tailor made to fit your vehicle.

B&G Vehicle Intercoms

Sometimes opening the window or door of your armoured vehicle is simply not an option, due to the surroundings not being safe enough. So, when approaching a roadblock or checkpoint, how do you communicate with the people on the outside of your vehicle? B&G Vehicle Intercoms allow you to have a two-way conversation with someone on the outside of your vehicle, without having to compromise the safety of your armour. The system is discretely fitted, easy to use, equipped with three standard siren tones, and can be expanded by an optional hand-held microphone. All intercoms as well as Red-Blue emergency lights and and yellow-white auxiliary lights are available through B&G’s European Distributor TSS International BV.

A short summary of the possibilities, in addition to the above mentioned options:

  • The PW Series, a vehicle intercom for inside-outside communication, is available in 50, 100 and 200 watts.
  • The PW Series is standard-equipped with integrated sirens that have multiple tone options.
  • The PW Series also has an optional, practical hand-held microphone with easy control of all functions.
  • The VC Series, for internal communication in vehicles with two or more compartments, for example limousines or prisoner transport vehicles.
  • The BM, a monitor that provides insight into the voltage level/status of the two batteries in a vehicle equipped with many electronics.
